There was a time when recreational drugs were the highs of choice for the middle-class youth and hippies. But in London today, the young Irish immigrant community appears to be indulging in LSD in large numbers, with little fear for their health.
I make my way to a cosy corner of a west-London pub to meet two young Irishmen who tell me that today will be a very special day for them.
You see, April 19 each year is Bicycle Day -- a day chosen to commemorate when the man who created LSD first took it intentionally.
