‘The Faces of Recovery’ 28th - 1st October 2018, The Science Gallery Dublin

The Recovery Academy of Ireland are excited to announce our latest initiative to celebrate recovery month.

The ‘Faces of Recovery’ campaign. The campaign is a collaboration between RAI, Science Gallery Dublin and PPI Trinity College Dublin.

The campaign brought together 9 faces (photographs) of prominent Irish people who are openly in recovery. With a short video from each ‘face’ (words of wisdom for younger self in recovery).

The ‘faces’ are: Actors, Authors, Journalists, Sportspersons and Politicians. The main aim of the campaign is to reduce stigma and promote recovery.

The images and the video will be launched and displayed in the Science Gallery Dublin from the 28th of September with free public walk in until October 1st.

The Recovery Academy would be delighted if you could join them for the launch which will take place this Friday the 28th of September from 3-5pm at the Science Gallery Dublin.

To RSVP contact Jo-Hanna Ivers (jivers@tcd.ie) or Paul Duff (pduff@recoveryacademyireland.ie)
