Minister Pat Carey will launch the National Advisory Committee on Drugs report entitled Risk and Protection Factors for Substance Use Among Young People: A Comparative Study of Early School-Leavers and School-Attending Students at 11.00 am on Thursday 28 October 2010 in Buswells Hotel.
To discuss the issues and challenges in this area, the NACD would like to invite you to a half day seminar entitled “Responding to challenges of substance use among young people in Ireland”.
