Heroin returning to Tralee streets

Tralee gardaí have warned that heroin is making a return to the town's streets, but the drug's use is confined to a small and specific community.

The supply of the killer drug, that became increasingly common in Tralee between 2007 and 2011, had been almost entirely shut down by the garda Divisional Drugs Unit in recent years.
