Girl, 18, dies after tragic night out at Dublin nightclub

A young Irish woman has died after an incident at a central Dublin nightclub.

This happened last night at The Twisted Pepper on Dublin’s Middle Abbey Street.

Gardaí in Mountjoy have said that Ana Hick, who was aged 18, was taken to Mater Hospital at around 3am this morning.

She is believed to have passed away at around 5pm this evening.

On its Facebook page, the nightclub has issued a statement saying that it is “deeply saddened and devastated” by the news, and that it is currently helping the police with their investigation.
