Energised barely describes Frances Black. The singer has a new album in the works as well as a concert and a charity CD to raise funds for the addiction centre for families which she founded.
These days the counsellor-chanteuse doesn't dwell on her alcoholism, preferring to make music and to help others on their road to recovery. Donal Lynch met her:
