Calculate units before driving

Never drink and drive and remember the dangers of taking to the wheel the morning after the night before. Units are a simple way of expressing the quantity of alcohol in a drink.

One unit equals 10ml or 8g of pure alcohol, which is around the amount of alcohol the average adult can process in an hour. This means within an hour of drinking one unit, there should be little or no alcohol in the blood.
