When it comes to alcohol, crime and anti-social behaviour, it is individuals, families and communities that are left picking up the pieces. Alcohol Action Ireland’s upcoming conference, ‘Alcohol - Where’s the Harm?’, will examine the relationship between alcohol and “public” crime in Ireland. It will also seek to explore “hidden” crime - sexual violence and domestic violence – and the relationship with alcohol.
The conference will be opened by Minister Róisín Shortall: Tuesday, 15 November 2011, Royal College of Physicians, Dublin 2.
