New drugs.ie video: Message in a Bottle Alcohol Seminar Video Part 1Ballymun Local Drugs Task Force, in conjunction with Dublin North East Local Drugs Task Force, held an alcohol policy seminar entitled ‘Message in a Bottle’ in the Carlton Airport Hotel, on September 16th 2009. The seminar intended to create discussion and debate about alcohol and its relationship with the individual, the community and the wider societal environment. This video features one of the seminar presentations by Stephen Rowen, a trained clinical social worker, specialist in addiction and former clinical director of the Rutland Centre.
