Minister Roisin Shortall's opening address at the National Drug Conference 2011.

Minister Roisin Shortall was appointed Minister of State for Primary Care in the Department of Health in March 2011. The minister has been a member of the Joint Committee on Social and Family Affairs. Minister Shortall is also a member of the Ballymun Neighbourhood Council and Ballymun Local Drugs Task Force.
