The Criminal Justice (Psychoactive Substances) Act 2010 will come into operation next Monday.

The Criminal Justice (Psychoactive Substances) Act 2010 (No. 22 of 2010) will come into operation next Monday, 23 August 2010, as provided for in the Criminal Justice (Psychoactive Substances) Act 2010 (Commencement) Order 2010 (S.I. No. 401 of 2010).

The text of the Act (both English and Irish) is available on the website of the Houses of the Oireachtas www.oireachtas.ie and the text of the Commencement Order will be available on the Irish Statute Book website www.irishstatutebook.ie when it is published.

Notice of the making of the Commencement Order will be published in Iris Oifigiúil on Friday 20 August.
