5th Irish Street Medicine Symposium
5th Irish Street Medicine Symposium
There is a growing understanding of the health impacts of inequality and social exclusion. People in this situation include homeless people, vulnerable migrants, those who use drugs and those in contact with the criminal justice system.
The Symposium is an excellent opportunity to join a growing community of health and social care workers, academics, policy makers, front line staff and experts by experience working together to improve health outcomes for the most disadvantaged in our society
This 2 day event on the health needs of marginalised groups will include keynote speakers, workshops, working groups, innovative interactions and a fantastic opportunity to meet, share and learn.
Tickets 25 euro/day.
Organised by the Adult Homeless Integrated Team, Cork and Safetynet Primary Care. Kindly supported by HSE Social Inclusion, Cork City Council and the Department of General Practice, UCC.
